Job Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in HR, with a strong background in recruitment and employee engagement
- Proven track record in sourcing, screening, and hiring across various roles and levels
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HR tools and applicant tracking systems
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective hiring strategies
- Utilize various sourcing channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and campus hiring
- Maintain and update recruitment dashboards and reports
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Employee Engagement & HR Operations:
- Support initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, feedback sessions, and wellness programs
- Handle day-to-day HR operations including documentation, HRIS updates, and policy implementation
- Address employee queries and concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Contribute to performance management, training coordination, and internal communications
Required Skills
- Proficiency in HR tools and applicant tracking systems
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Understanding of labour laws and HR compliance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications:
