Job Requirements
· Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in .NET development (C#).
· Strong expertise in Blazor (WebAssembly/Server) and MAUI for cross-platform app development.
· Solid experience in AWS Cloud (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, API Gateway, etc.).
· Strong proficiency with SQL databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB).
· Knowledge of JavaScript and integration with front-end technologies.
· Proven track record in leading teams and mentoring developers.
· Strong grasp of system architecture, microservices, and distributed systems.
· Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade .NET applications.
· Architect and implement secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions on AWS Cloud.
· Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and cross-functional teams to align business and technical goals.
· Provide technical leadership and mentorship, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
· Manage end-to-end project execution with accountability for quality, delivery timelines, and stakeholder satisfaction.
· Oversee database architecture, design, and optimization for SQL and NoSQL solutions.
· Establish CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and enforce DevOps best practices.
· Troubleshoot complex technical issues, guiding the team to effective solutions.
· Stay current with evolving .NET and cloud technologies, driving innovation within the team.
Required Skills
· C#/.NET Core & .NET 6+ development expertise.
· Strong Blazor and MAUI development experience.
· AWS Cloud services proficiency (EC2, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, RDS, DynamoDB).
· SQL (MSSQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB) database expertise.
· Front-end integration experience with JavaScript and Blazor.
· Strong understanding of microservices and distributed architectures.
Preferred Skills
· Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
· Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar).
· Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
· Experience with large-scale enterprise systems.
